I came into coaching women in my 40s after leaving the corporate world, where strength training and working with women gave me the purpose I had been missing. While I began working solo as a personal trainer, it was always my dream to build a team of women who shared the same vision, many of whom have been part of the WAFA journey for years and some who began as members themselves. Community is at the heart of our club, and together we help women grow stronger and more confident, one rep at a time.
