INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups (350ml) almond milk, unsweetened

1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey or pea protein

1 cup (150g) strawberries, frozen

1 cup (100g) blueberries, frozen

½ cup (60g) raspberries, frozen

½ cup (75g) blackberries, frozen

METHOD:

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smoothie. Serve straight away.
