INGREDIENTS:
150g feta cheese, crumbled
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced and zested
1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded
15g cilantro, roughly chopped

METHOD:
Place the feta cheese, avocado, lime zest, lime juice, jalapeño and cilantro into a bowl and puree with the hand blender until smooth.
Serve with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables.
