Banana and Chocolate Overnight Oats

NUTRITION PER SERVING:
240ml almond milk
60g vanilla protein powder
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
80g rolled oats
2 tbsp. cocoa nibs
- Place the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, banana and cocoa powder into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Pour the mix into a sealable container, add the rolled oats and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
3. When ready to eat, top with cocoa nibs.
