Being a part of ‘We Are Fit Attitude’ is more than exercising each week. We recognise the value group support brings to our physical and mental wellbeing. As the weeks pass, friendships are formed, laughs are had, grumbles of ‘My abs hurt!’ too :)

Trying to feel better in yourself shouldn’t be something you do alone. Finding a like-minded community can make the journey so much easier. ‘Chats + Bubbles’, happens once a month where members meet, away from the sweat and lycra. It’s an opportunity to catch up, share experiences and have some giggles too.

Challenging ourselves is what helps us grow. It’s what takes us out of our comfort zone, pushing us beyond our safe boundaries into the unknown. It’s an opportunity to test our mental and physical strength to empower us, to learn, achieve and ultimately succeed. There’s nothing quite like the feeling and sense of achievement when finishing a triathlon, marathon or whatever that challenge may be.

At WAFA we encourage our members to seek those challenges no matter how small to make a personal change for the good. It’s why we have agreed collectively each year to set ourselves three challenges to raise money for charity. In 2019 some, not all will be doing a Tough Mudder, Women only Triathlon and The 3 peaks challenge.
